Salesforce support from a team that knows your setup

A senior Salesforce team on call, for a fixed monthly allowance. We fix what breaks, ship small improvements and help your users, with time tracked to the minute.

When you need Salesforce support

Most teams call us when Salesforce still runs, but nobody inside has the time or the know-how to keep it healthy. Something has broken, a new leader needs answers, or the partner who built it has moved on.

Sound familiar?

  • A new sales leader has inherited a setup nobody documented.
  • An email template or automation that used to work has stopped working.
  • You can’t tell how your campaigns affect your opportunities.
  • Your previous partner has gone quiet.
  • Someone has to deal with Salesforce support, and it shouldn’t be your sales team.

What’s included

Day-to-day help for your users, fixes when something breaks, and the small improvements that keep Salesforce useful as your business changes.

  • Fixes and troubleshooting, including Salesforce support tickets we raise and follow through for you.
  • Small changes: fields, reports, dashboards and the metrics your management team needs.
  • Help with campaign and flow design when your team knows what it wants but not how to build it.
  • Making sense of an inherited setup: where each number comes from and which dashboard does what.
  • Training an internal CRM manager, if you don’t have one yet.

We support Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Agentforce. Most clients cover their whole Salesforce setup and the integrations around it, but support for a single cloud is possible too.

How support works

We start by getting to know your org, then agree a monthly allowance and the people on it. From there, requests come in, time is tracked, and we look ahead together every month.

  1. A short review of your org
  2. We agree your allowance and who’s on it
  3. Requests in, time tracked to the minute
  4. A monthly look at what’s next

Who works on your allowance depends on your setup: an admin, a consultant, or a developer when there’s custom code to maintain.

Predictable costs

Support runs on a fixed number of days each month, tracked to the minute. We tell you before you get close to the limit, and any extra work is agreed with you first. If you regularly need more, a larger allowance usually works out better.

Inherited a Salesforce setup nobody explained?

Start with a free 20-minute health check. Bring the three things that annoy you most.

What it looks like in practice

A typical start: a new sales leader joins and finds dashboards nobody can explain. We trace where each number comes from, document it, and rebuild the reports the leadership team relies on. After that, new requests run through the same monthly allowance.

Sometimes the best support is making ourselves less necessary. At one client, we trained a sales lead who was already handling support to become the company’s internal CRM manager.

Frequently asked questions

What does “a fixed monthly allowance” mean?

You book a set number of support days each month. Every request is tracked to the minute, so you can see what has been used at any time, and we tell you before you reach the limit.

What if we need more time one month?

We can keep going. Time beyond the allowance is billed at a higher rate and agreed with you first. If it keeps happening, a larger allowance is usually the better deal.

Can you support only Marketing Cloud?

Yes. You can contract support for a single cloud, such as Marketing Cloud. Most clients cover their whole Salesforce setup, because problems rarely stay inside one cloud.

Do we have to switch partners completely?

Not necessarily. We usually start with a review of your org, so we know what we are taking on. How and when the handover happens is up to you. Our guide to changing Salesforce partners without losing momentum shows the order we follow.

What happens if Salesforce itself has a bug?

We raise the ticket with Salesforce, manage it and talk to their technical team for you, so your people don’t have to.
