When you need a Salesforce implementation
Most companies come to us when the way they work with customers has outgrown the tools they use for it. The question isn’t whether you already have a CRM. It’s how your team sells, serves and follows up today.
Sound familiar?
- You’ve outgrown spreadsheets or a basic CRM.
- You’re moving from HubSpot or MiniCRM.
- In-house tools need replacing, or connecting to each other.
- You’re not sure which Salesforce package you actually need.
What we deliver
A first phase that solves your biggest problem, the licences to run it, and a plan for what comes next.
- Discovery of how you work with customers, and a recommendation for the right stack.
- A licence plan: which products, how many, and when it makes sense to add more.
- The first phase, built and tested, usually sales or service.
- Data migration from spreadsheets, another CRM or in-house tools.
- Training for the people who will use it every day.
- A roadmap for the next phases.
How implementation works
We start small on purpose: the smallest first phase that delivers the most value, then planned phases from there. When your setup is complex, we begin with a paid analysis so the scope is clear before anything is built.
- A first conversation about your processes and systems
- A paid analysis phase, if your setup is complex
- We agree the scope of the first phase
- Build and test
- Go-live, then support
Sales or service is usually the first phase. Marketing tends to follow once the customer data is in place.
Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
Sales Cloud gives your sales team one place for leads, opportunities and activity, and gives management a pipeline it can trust. Service Cloud brings customer cases, emails and answers together, so nobody gets dropped between two inboxes.
Most first phases start with one of the two. We build around how your team already works, then connect the systems it can’t replace.
Marketing automation with Account Engagement and Marketing Cloud
When sales or service is in place, marketing can build on the same customer data. We’re certified in Marketing Cloud and set up Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) and Marketing Cloud on top of your sales or service processes.
When it makes sense
- Your campaigns and your CRM don’t talk to each other.
- You can’t see which campaigns lead to opportunities.
- Leads are handed to sales by email or spreadsheet.
- You want to spend time on the customers who are actually engaged.
Which Salesforce package is right for us?
It depends on what you want to do in the next year or two, not on the longest feature list. We look at which products you need, what each licence includes (API access, storage, Data 360) and how many users really need one.
Licences can be added step by step. Starting smaller and growing is usually cheaper than paying for capacity nobody uses.
Not sure which package you need?
Start with a free 20-minute health check. Bring your current tools and the three things that slow your team down most.
What it looks like in practice
One company put together its Salesforce licence package internally, without a partner. On a consumption-based licence, it ended up paying several times what its usage needed, and bringing that down later was much harder than getting it right at the start.
That’s why licence advice is part of every implementation we do, and why some clients ask us for that part alone.
Frequently asked questions
How long does a first phase take?
It depends on the scope, so we define the first phase before we start and agree it with you. A focused first phase on sales or service is the quickest way to get value. Complex setups start with a paid analysis, which makes the timeline clear.
Do we need Data 360?
Not necessarily. It depends on where your customer data lives and what you want to do with it, for example combining data from several systems or preparing for AI. We check that during discovery before we recommend it.
Can we start with only sales or only service?
Yes, and most companies do. We build the phase that solves your biggest problem first, then add service, marketing or integrations with your other systems in planned phases.
Can you migrate from HubSpot or MiniCRM?
Yes. We map your existing data to Salesforce, agree what’s worth bringing across and clean it up on the way, so you don’t move old problems into a new system.
Can you help reduce our licence costs?
Often, yes. We review what you have against what your team uses. It isn’t always as simple as removing licences: at renewal, a smaller package can raise the unit price, and contracts can run for several years. We’ll tell you what’s realistic.
Can you set up Account Engagement or Marketing Cloud?
Yes. We’re certified in Marketing Cloud and set up Account Engagement (formerly Pardot) and Marketing Cloud, usually on top of sales or service, so campaigns run on the same customer data your teams use.
